A complex Chenin Blanc is described as fresh, soft and elegant. The nose is welcoming with prominent hints of stone fruits such as white pears and apricots and also showing hints of honey. The taste is round and smooth, finishing with slight acids that give the wine a beautiful structure and length.

Wild yeast fermentation, low yields and ageing in large French oak foudre are what defines this
savoury and appealing Syrah. Full yet elegant with bramble fruits and also some earth and meaty
aromas. The palate is structured and well balanced with fine tannins and a refreshing natural acidity.

Option 8.) New World - 2024 Pinotage
|
|
|
New World wines are celebrated for their vibrant fruit, riper profiles, and a winemaker-driven style, often balancing boldness and clarity with underlying nuance and elegance.
High on a cool granitic ridge, overlooking Stellenbosch and the distant Atlantic, lie 2 hectares of dry-farmed bush vine Pinotage. This exceptional site yields fruit of remarkable purity and character.
The wine is refined yet juicy, with a lifted aromatic profile and a subtly savoury finish. Hand-harvested and carefully sorted, the grapes are vinified to preserve site expression and varietal identity.
In the glass, expect deep Ruby red color. On the nose, expect hints of Violet, redcurrant, cherry, liquorice, black tea. On the palate, expect juicy red fruit on entry, bright acidity, and broad, chalky tannins leading to a long, elegant finish.

Option 9.) Old World - 2022 Pinot Noir
|
|
|
Crafted in the Old World tradition, this Pinot Noir favours restraint, balance, and terroir expression over opulence. Its moderate alcohol, vibrant acidity, and subtle fruit character reflect a classic, Burgundian sensibility. With up to 10 years of aging potential, it will evolve gracefully, developing tertiary notes of leather, truffle, and dried rose.
In the glass, it presents a ruby red hue with garnet undertones. The bouquet is refined and expressive, offering black cherry, wild strawberry, and forest floor, layered with musk, dried herbs, and a touch of smoke.
The palate is elegant and velvety, with fine tannins and a harmonious structure. Notes of red berry compote, earth, and subtle spice lead to a long, lingering finish that showcases the wine's depth and finesse.
Minimally filtered to preserve its authenticity and the character of its barrel aging, this wine may naturally contain sediment.
